Wisconsin State Unemployment Insurance: Retrieving an Internet Access Key

1. In order to retrieve the access code, you will need to sign into your account at https://unemployment.wisconsin.gov/SUITESPortalWelcome/EmployerPortalWelcome.aspx?target=ServiceProviderHome.aspx. If you don’t have an online services account, you’ll need to setup an account before proceeding.

2. Then, click on "Account Access" at the top of the page, which will redirect you to the "Account Access" page.

3. Then, click "Generate Access Key" and then "Continue", which should lead you to the "Worker Access Maintenance" page.

4. Then, check the box with a function of "All". Once that is complete, click "Generate Key" at the bottom of the page.

5. An 8-digit (alphanumeric) code should be displayed on the page. Please have them send us that access key (copy and paste, or screenshot) as soon as they get it.
